Design for Social Impact.
I'm Greg Bunbury, a Black British Graphic Designer, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, lecturer and public speaker of Caribbean heritage.
I help mission-led, purpose driven organisations connect with audiences, engage diverse communities and drive inclusion.
I teach students how to make impactful, meaningful design work that aligns with their ethics, values and beliefs.
I create projects that uplift marginalised cultures and advocate for anti-racism.
V&A x Greg Bunbury - The Poster v Racism
The Poster v Racism is the first in the The Power of Design series, which looks at recently acquired objects (such as my Shout poster) into the V&A’s Digital and Design Collections and their connection to current global issues.
It's Nice That - Nicer Tuesdays live event
Watch my ‘Beyond Words’ talk at It’s Nice That ‘Nicer Tuesdays’, at EartHackney, June 2024; I talked about my unconventional path into design advocacy, antiracism, billboards & my Empire Windrush typeface.
Empire Windrush
A Bunbury Co typeface inspired by the iconic lettering on the HMT Empire Windrush, the British service passenger ship that brought one of the first groups of postwar Caribbean immigrants to the United Kingdom. Created in celebration of Windrush Day.
Where Are All The African Flags?
Following the responses to my billboard Black History Addendum, I explore why I chose to focus on the flags of Caribbean nations. An expanded view of Black British history has room for many stories.
Black History Addendum Poster Prints
Prints of Black History Addendum are now available to purchase as A3 and A2 fine-art Giclée prints.
